Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Minnesota seeks a full-time Insurance Sales Specialist to grow membership and policy sales through community engagement and referrals. You will manage relationships, assess client needs, and drive revenue with an emphasis on customer service and trust in the AAA brand.

Base pay plus commission and bonuses, ramp-up incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package support your long-term success. Training and licensing assistance are provided to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Active state P&C insurance license required.
• Life and Health license or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain and maintain all licenses/appointments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; meet/exceed sales targets and incentive plan.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, identify gaps, quote, bind and issue policies per underwriting rules.
• Build and maintain rapport with members; respond to inquiries with professionalism to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively engage in local events to expand referrals and cross-sell into Travel and Financial Services.
