Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Professional to own the sale and service of insurance products and memberships. You will build relationships, drive referrals, and meet sales targets while earning base pay plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

This role requires state licenses or the ability to obtain them within the stated timeline, a high school diploma, and 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days.
• Maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, computer automated environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful—but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, quote policies.
• Build and maintain rapport with members, respond to inquiries promptly.
• Prospecting and community engagement to expand referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
