Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a full-time Insurance Sales Associate to own the sale and service of insurance products and memberships. You will build relationships, uncover client needs, and grow ACG’s portfolio through proactive outreach and community referrals.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and active insurance licenses (or commitment to obtain within 90 days). Training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group Membership products
• Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Training provided to help you get licensed and confident in the role

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of AAA-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a busy branch
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members, respond promptly to inquiries, support high customer satisfaction
• Engage in local branch and community events to prospect, develop referrals, and cross-sell Travel and Financial Services
