Job summary

Confie Insurance is hiring a Store Manager to lead our sales team, drive daily performance, and expand client relationships to meet production goals. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and address escalated service issues while ensuring Store Operational Excellence.

A license in Personal Lines or P&C is preferred, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and a degree or equivalent is expected. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, high earning potential with uncapped commissions, inbound

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• License in Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
