Confie is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of sales professionals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive results that impact earnings and career growth.

The role offers an opportunity to earn with unlimited/uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, and paid training including licensing and mentorship. Licensing in P&C is preferred but not required, bilingual skills are a plus, with a focus on advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2- or 4-year college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred, not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring of sales teams.
• Strong understanding of fiduciary duty, integrity and ethics.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and ensure Store Operational Excellence (SOE) is implemented.
• Grow business by building relationships with new and existing customers to meet goals.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer care.
• Handle customer service issues with professionalism and care.
