Confie is hiring a Store Manager to lead our insurance sales team and drive revenue from inbound leads and walk-in traffic. You will mentor staff, coach for customer care, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualified candidates will have leadership experience, a college degree, and strong communication in English; Spanish bilingual preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Store Manager with leadership and mentoring sales teams
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required
• Fluent English and Spanish communication preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance
• Assists with escalated customer service issues and/or questions
• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)
