Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Property & Casualty Commercial Lines.
• Property & Casualty license (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual sales plan and achieve targeted growth and profitability.
• Develop and communicate the annual business plan to grow Huntington Insurance’s footprint.
• Engage with clients and manage relationships to deepen COIs and partnerships.
• Lead and coach producers; mentor sales teams across regions.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and performance metrics for assigned markets.
