Farmers Insurance is expanding throughout Gilbert and the East Valley and is looking for accomplished sales and business professionals to build, lead, and grow a substantial insurance practice in the local area.

You bring drive, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The district provides brand, training, technology, resources, and ongoing support to help you develop and scale your practice across personal and commercial lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, insurance, financial services, mortgage, real estate, or another performance-driven field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and develop professional referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing.
• Build long-term relationships with personal and commercial insurance customers.
• Create referral partnerships with Realtors, mortgage professionals, financial professionals, business owners, auto dealers, and other local professionals.
• Manage sales activity and performance goals.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows.
• Use CRM, AI, automation, and lead-generation technology to increase productivity and conversion.
• Build strong retention, cross-sell, and referral strategies.
