You’ll recruit, train, and lead agency staff as your business grows, build lasting customer relationships, and meet sales and renewal goals through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

• Help customers understand their insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Build and manage a book of business that generates ongoing renewal income.
• Recruit, train, and lead agency staff as your business grows.
• Provide excellent service and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Meet sales, production, and business-development goals.
• Participate in Farmers training, coaching, and development programs.
