Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales growth and lead the training and development of new team members. In this unique role, you'll blend client-facing activities with instructional coaching to ensure new hires thrive in our proven sales environment.

You will master our sales processes, deliver training sessions, mentor staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with the sales leadership team to align on goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in face-to-face environments within insurance/financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching and onboarding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to motivate others.
• Growth mindset; quickly learn and teach sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Comfortable using sales technologies and CRM systems to track performance.

Responsibilities
