Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales while leading training and development for new and existing staff. This role combines hands-on selling with building strong training programs to ensure team success.

You will mentor, monitor performance, and translate sales processes into effective workshops, partnering with the sales leadership team to align on goals and outcomes. Travel within the region is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in face-to-face environments within insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in sales activities to meet individual and team goals.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and existing team members on sales processes.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to improve skills and results.
• Monitor trainee and representative performance and give actionable feedback.
• Translate company sales processes into training modules and workshops.
