• Proven experience in sales, ideally in face-to-face environments within insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding and development experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with the ability to motivate others.
• Growth mindset and quick learner capable of mastering sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Familiar with using sales technologies and CRM systems to track performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities, prospect, network, and close deals to meet goals.
• Lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to refine skills and performance.
