Job summary

Farmers Insurance is offering a paid training program designed to propel candidates toward agency ownership within the Northern Utah District Office structure. The Associate Producer Program facilitates development from Logan to Farmington, with placement in Cache, Davis, and Weber counties as available.

Participants will receive award-winning training and ongoing mentoring from an experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and licensing support to ultimately operate an agency within Farmers.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance experience desired; not required.
• Willing to study for and take/pass licensing examination if not licensed.
• Sales, marketing, and/or management experience helpful
• Satisfactory results of background check (credit/criminal)

Responsibilities

• Quoting insurance premiums and selling policies.
• Calling and following up on leads – leads provided.
• Some cold calling is required.

• The Farmers Insurance District Office of Northern Utah is actively seeking candidates interested in a paid training program that will catapult their careers into the financial and insurance industry as Agency Owners upon completion. (The District Office is in Kaysville. This position, however, will be in Cache, Davis, & Weber counties, from Logan to Farmington. We will try our best to place you within your desired location.)

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
