Job summary

AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking an Insurance Sales Coach in Salem, OR to support our team of Insurance Professionals. You will coach and develop agent performance, ensuring high-quality insurance business and meeting organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Must be licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance or similar industry is required.
Experience in training and coaching in the field of sales required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coach Insurance Sales professionals.
High level of member service skills and teamwork ability.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and critical reasoning.
Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and online training tools.
Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus with pay differential.

Responsibilities

Support Insurance teams with comprehensive and interactive sales coaching.
Develop new and existing agent sales performance while maintaining quality of business.
Create, lead, and maintain ongoing sales coaching to help agents meet organizational goals.
