The position requires licensing in Property and Casualty, a related degree, and 5+ years of leadership in insurance sales. Travel up to 25% is required; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance required.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of sales performance as a producer or leader.
• Strong team-building and managerial skills with sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; negotiation ability.
• Analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and insurance carrier systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support profitable agency growth over a large region.
• Supervise 20-30 Insurance Sales Professionals year-round.
• Recruit, train, and coach Insurance Sales Professionals and Representatives.
• Partner with onsite leaders to manage dispersed staff and align goals.
• Recommend strategies to achieve departmental objectives and growth.
