Job summary

Jeff Duval State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial services products, aiming to enhance the lives of customers while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or background in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service, including inquiries on coverage, billing, and policy changes.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and repeat business.
