Jeff Kleier - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and serve customers. You will build relationships, identify needs, and promote relevant products and services while acting as a liaison between customers and agency departments.

Ideal candidates bring sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to outstanding service. A license in Property & Casualty is preferred or obtainable, with opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Dedicated to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
