Jeff Keicher - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will improve customers' lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying needs, and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or pursuing license).

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and schedule appointments to market products and services.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, friendly service including inquiries about coverage, billing, changes.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and cross-sell where appropriate.
