Jeff Kleier - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success in Louisville, KY. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing relevant insurance and financial services. Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
