Singleton Ins and Fin Svcs Inc is seeking an Account Manager to join Jeff Singleton II's State Farm Agent team. You will grow the agency through customer relations, act as liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

You will build relationships, review policies, and guide customers through complex issues while leveraging your sales mindset to convert cold and warm leads into informed policy choices.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets is expected.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
