Forrest Wilbanks - State Farm Agent is seeking a customer-focused individual to join as an Agent Team Member. You will help establish relationships, develop leads, and market State Farm products while maintaining a strong daily work ethic.

Responsibilities include presenting to customers, scheduling appointments, and meeting sales goals. A Property and Casualty license is required and flexibility with hours is anticipated in this independent contractor setting.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, outside, or telemarketing preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to present to potential customers in various settings.
• Experience in marketing is a plus.
• Ability to conduct interviews in-office and at customers' home or business.
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
