Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss needs and present customized coverage options in a fast-paced environment.

You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and build your own client portfolio while working with the sales team to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build client network.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text; schedule meetings.
• Visit local businesses; develop relationships with owners; follow up on referrals.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager; manage weekly schedule.
• Record daily sales activity and maintain client portfolio.
