Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, seeks an Insurance Sales Apprentice to develop skills for a successful sales career by working with Sales Managers and Agents. You will build prospecting plans, COI relationships, and community-based marketing to promote Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Commercial Insurance products.

You will learn product knowledge, sales strategy, and customer needs analysis while supporting daily activities and helping to finalize new business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop complete knowledge of insurance products, systems, business operations, and sales strategy.
• Assist Sales Agents in daily and weekly activities including creating prospecting plans and developing COI relationships.
• Create marketing and prospecting techniques to meet targets for new business policies and premium.
• Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on protection needs through needs analysis.
