Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, is offering a 6-month Insurance Sales Apprenticeship Program in the United States. Apprentices will learn auto, home, life, and specialty products, obtain licenses, and work closely with Sales Managers and Agents to build skills and pipeline.

The program provides paid, hands-on training at $24/hour with licensing support and a clear path to a full-time Sales Agent role upon completion. Benefits are not eligible during the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required insurance licenses (company-supported).
• Shadow and partner with Sales Managers and Sales Agents.
• Conduct customer needs analyses to identify coverage opportunities.
• Assist with prospecting, outreach, and lead generation activities.
• Support quoting, proposal development, and new business processing.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and pipeline activity.
• Participate in community events to promote the Comparion brand.
