Responsibilities

• Learn and build knowledge of auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products
• Obtain required licenses (company-supported)
• Shadow and partner with Sales Managers and Agents
• Conduct client needs analyses to identify coverage opportunities
• Assist with outreach, lead generation and prospecting
• Support quoting, proposals and new business processing
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Use CRM tools to manage interactions and pipeline
• Participate in community events to promote the Comparion brand
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies and COIs
