Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, seeks an Insurance Sales Apprentice to develop a foundation in prospecting, product knowledge, and client relationships across Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Commercial lines.

You will work with Sales Managers and Agents to create prospecting plans, support new business development, and learn how to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service in local communities.

Responsabilités

• Develop complete knowledge of insurance products, systems, operations, and sales strategy.
• Assist Sales Agents in daily and weekly activities including prospecting plans and COI relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Agents to create marketing and prospecting techniques to hit targets for new business policies and premiums.
• Counsels and advises prospects and policyholders on protection and coverage needs through needs analysis.
• Establish and promote Comparion brand awareness via community marketing events and campaigns.
• Prospects and initiates new business sales; assists in processing new business and contacting customers to finalize sales.
