Farmers Insurance District 80 in San Jose is seeking motivated sales professionals through a fully funded apprenticeship with OpenClassrooms. You will train, license, and start a career building client relationships while delivering insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, mentorship, and a path to agency ownership for qualified individuals, with a base salary plus commission and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Motivated, coachable individuals with good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain California Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Willingness to obtain California Life, Accident & Health insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Execute a high-volume outbound sales strategy (100+ calls/day).
• Generate 10+ insurance quotes daily with a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
• Follow up with prospects, referrals, and opportunities to maximize conversion.
• Educate clients on Farmers products, discounts, and solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage the sales pipeline.
