Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent in Winchester, VA to join our Frederick County office. You will meet with clients, service an existing book of business, and pursue new sales while earning base salary plus commissions and performance-based bonuses.

The role offers extensive earning potential, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits, with occasional travel to meet clients and a structured sales training program to support success in the market.

POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent, Winchester, VA

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION:Frederick County office (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Total compensation — which includes base salary, commissions, and performance-based earnings — is driven by your individual effort, hustle, and the relationships you build with members. The ceiling? POSITION SUMMARY

Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Frederick County Farm Bureau Office located in Winchester, VA.

If you are a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual, this position is for you! Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships and a desire to help and serve their community members and organizations.
