Travel to meet with existing and new clients is expected. Compensation includes base salary plus commissions; first-year earnings range from $52,000 to $125,000 depending on performance, with a base salary of $37,000 to $52,000.

Qualifications

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION: Charles City/ James City/ New Kent office located in Providence Forge, VA (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

Compensation Range

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)
