COMPENSATION RANGE

Average First Year Total Compensation 52000 125000 annually inclusive of base salary Base Salary 37000 52000 annually dependent upon location and established book of business The figures above reflect real average first year Agent earnings across our agency network Total compensation which includes base salary commissions and performance based earnings is driven by your individual effort hustle and the relationships you build with members The ceiling There isnt one Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance offers unlimited earning potential for driven individuals who are ready to invest in their career and their community
