Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to join our Accomack County office. You will sell insurance products, service an existing book of business, and build relationships in the local community. Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation are essential.

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATION:Charles City/ James City/ New Kent office located in Providence Forge, VA (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)
