You will work with an award-winning team, enjoy a base salary of $50,000, uncapped commissions (50% of all new business), plus benefits like PTO, holidays off, and opportunities for career growth; Monday through Friday schedule with evenings off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims.
• Educate clients on coverage options and policy details.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and proactive outreach.
• Identify opportunities to better serve existing clients with additional products.
