You will sell, market, and service insurance products, with a base salary plus commissions and opportunities for bonuses, PTO and ongoing training.

This full-time role emphasizes a proactive, self-driven sales approach, strong customer service, and the ability to open doors and secure appointments from cold starts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to educate clients on insurance products and options.
• Self-starter with urgency and strong closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
