The Jaron Gallegos Agency of Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to grow client relationships at our office in Centennial, Colorado. This role involves engaging clients, expanding coverage options, and delivering service that builds trust and retention.

You will work with a collaborative team, pursue licensure in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance, and participate in a merit-based culture with opportunities for career advancement and earnings growth.

Qualifikationen

• BA / BS Degree preferred
• Strong interest and ability in obtaining your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge to problem solve, cross-sell, and upsell during each client call
• Passion for helping clients find the right solution to meet their needs
• Commitment to protecting the business against risk through offering clients appropriate coverage
• Proven work ethic with a high level of integrity
• Collaborative and resilient attitude with proven success in a fast-paced call environment
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
• Desire to continually develop personal skillsets
• Understanding to adapt and appreciate changes as business conditions evolve

• Resolve client issues using carrier resources
• Recommend suitable solutions to clients once licensed
