Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
• Strong ability to build customer relationships
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred (support to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales goals
• Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities for auto, homeowners, or health insurance products
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records and documentation in the agency management system
• Be a trusted advisor and provide guidance to help clients choose suitable insurance products
