We are seeking bright, motivated individuals to grow with us in a fast-paced Insurance Agent role.

As an Insurance Agent you will be responsible primarily for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, leveraging a high-volume inbound lead flow and walk-in traffic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• License in Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet targets.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that fit their needs.
