Confie and its family of companies are hiring Insurance Agents in California to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products to growing customer bases. You’ll leverage inbound leads and walk-in traffic to meet or exceed sales goals while building lasting client relationships.

The role includes comprehensive paid training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship, with lucrative incentives, bonuses, and a strong compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
