Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent in Sun Valley, CA. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with potential to grow earnings through homeowners and health insurance by leveraging a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

The role includes comprehensive paid training, licensing support, mentorship, and a culture that recognizes achievement. A strong sales or customer service background and bilingual English/Spanish are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Preferred Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license; employer support to obtain one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service; passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills.
• An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions and documentation in the agency system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport and guide clients to fitting insurance products.
