Confie, and its family of companies, is seeking an Insurance Agent in Fresno, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with opportunities to grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance. This role emphasizes building lasting relationships, expanding product knowledge, and being rewarded for success through commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or P&C license preferred; we’ll support obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with growth potential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers.
• Build relationships and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the best insurance products.
