As an Insurance Agent in California, you will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, and you can grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance with strong inbound leads, training, and mentorship.

Formación

• Licensed or willing to obtain Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand auto, homeowners, or health insurance options.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help clients choose the best insurance products.
