Confie Insurance in California seeks an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products in a dynamic, growth‑oriented role. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property and Casualty license preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Grow earnings by offering additional products such as homeowners and health insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation in the agency management system.
• Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to help choose suitable insurance products.
