Job summary

Pronto Insurance is hiring Sales Agents to join our growing team. The role offers hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, with full-time shifts that may include weekends.

We provide fully paid training and cover licensing costs, with opportunities to serve in multiple locations across Texas. No prior insurance experience is required—training is comprehensive, and licensing assistance is provided to help you become fully licensed to sell home and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry to capture accurate client information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads generated from marketing events.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue and foster customer appreciation.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on quotes, and process renewal quotes efficiently.
• Ensure all carrier underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Provide fast, attentive, and friendly customer service, including processing client payments.
• Manage end-of-shift financial tasks and deposits.
• Maintain a clean, professional agency environment and travel to store locations as needed.
