Pronto Insurance, founded in 1997 in Harlingen, Texas, is a leading P&C insurance agency with a growing network of locations across California and Texas. We are seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our team—no prior insurance experience required!

Compensation: hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and sales incentives. Schedule is full-time with potential weekend/holiday shifts. Fully paid training and licensing support are provided to help you qualify to sell home and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry to capture accurate client information.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels in your territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing events.
• Maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing.
• Coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue.
• Manage client quotes and renewals with accuracy.
• Ensure carrier underwriting guidelines are followed when binding.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and process payments.
• Handle end-of-shift financial tasks and deposits.
• Keep the agency environment clean and stocked.
• Travel to store locations as needed.
