Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry to capture accurate client information quickly.
• Paid licensing and ongoing license renewals covered and guided by the company.
• Paid training provided to learn the insurance industry from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads from marketing events.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate localized campaigns to drive revenue and customer appreciation.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on quotes, and process renewals.
• Ensure underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Provide fast, attentive customer service and handle client payments.
• Manage end-of-shift financial tasks and deposits.
• Travel to various store locations as needed.
