Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Largo, FL seeks a full-time, relationship-driven sales professional to grow its insurance and financial services portfolio in a fast-paced branch. You will build client relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue through community engagement and referrals.

You’ll be trained to obtain required licenses, manage sales and service, and meet targets with base pay plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Generate new business, retain existing clients, grow insurance portfolio, and meet sales targets.
• Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and manage pipeline.
