Job summary

The Auto Club Group is hiring for a full-time sales position in Largo, FL. Base pay plus incentives and full benefits, schedule Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays. You’ll help customers find the right insurance and financial solutions while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced branch.

Ramp-up incentives and ongoing performance-based earnings are offered, with training provided to help you obtain the required state licenses and succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a busy branch; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members and clients; respond to inquiries promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Engage in local events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
