Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group in Duluth is seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Specialist to join our branch. You will own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial solutions, while building trusted relationships with members.

This full‑time role offers base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with growth opportunities through community engagement, referrals, and an elevated commission structure during the ramp‑up period.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtainable within 60 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, computer-automated business environment.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow portfolio, negotiate effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, assess risk, recommend solutions, quote, bind and issue policies per underwriting and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries professionally, and support high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
