Position Summary
Full‑time | W‑2 | Base Pay + Incentives + Full Benefits. Join a fast‑paced branch where you help customers find the right insurance and financial solutions, build relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive business through community engagement and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow portfolio, negotiate effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews, assess risk, recommend solutions, quote, bind and issue policies per underwriting and regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries professionally, and support high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross‑sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
Required Qualifications
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtainable within 60 days of hire.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) of customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced, computer‑automated business environment (e.g., financial/banking).
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required.

- Consultative Selling – strong customer discovery and product knowledge.
- Prospecting & Business Development – generate new opportunities through referrals and outbound activity.
- Customer Mindset – excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑first mindset.
- Technology – proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
Work Environment
- Temperature‑controlled AAA branch location.
- Work varied hours, including possible weekends.
- Some travel to local events may be required.
Compensation & Benefits Overview
- Base pay (non‑exempt) typical first‑year earnings $70,000+ including base, commission, and bonuses.
- Ramp‑up support $5,000.
- Supplemental pay: $200/week during months 0–2; $150/week during months 3–4; $100/week during months 5–6.
- Elevated commission structure during first 15 months; New‑Hire On‑Pace Bonus tied to milestones.
