Albert Aveytia Insurance Agency is seeking an energetic Insurance Sales Representative to market and sell our products, tailor plans to client needs, and build lasting relationships in the El Paso area.

You'll receive top-notch training and ongoing support as you develop quotes, present solutions, and close cases while expanding your professional network with real estate agents, lenders, and dealers. This role offers a collaborative team environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• P&C License is a BONUS (not required).
• 2 Years of sales or upselling experience.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
