Responsibilities

• Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, considering their financial statuses and life priorities, and present tailored insurance plan options.
• Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing effective sales strategies that foster long-term customer loyalty.
• Stay updated on insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure compliance, and monitor claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies suited to their profiles.
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records to report progress toward monthly goals to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with accounting or sales lead software is a plus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven understanding of the insurance industry, including products, risk management, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.

Compensation

$75,000 yearly DOE
